Managers to join our team. You will be responsible for assessing
the needs of clients, developing individualized service plans, and
connecting them with the resources and support they need to thrive.
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology,
Sociology, or a related field. 2 years of work experience in case
