competitive salary of up to $58,000, complemented by a $3000
sign-on bonus, distributed in two installments after $1500 at hire

Full benefit package offered. As a Family Therapist at VPI, you
will work closely with youth, their families, and the clinical team
to provide essential support and therapy. Responsibilities: full

therapy tailored to the needs of assigned youth. - Collaborate as a
member of an integrated clinical team. - Assist parents in
understanding and responding to youth through a trauma-informed
lens. - Participate in permanency and discharge planning. -
Maintain confidentiality of information within the VPI program. -
Attend weekly clinical team meetings and pursue professional growth
opportunities. - Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements: - Master's degree in social work, psychology,
counseling, or a related field license eligible - Experience
working with traumatized children and/or adolescents. -
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and strong
interpersonal and organizational skills. - Valid driver's license
preferred and must be 21 years of age. - Authorized to work in the
