Job Description:
If you are a student pursuing a Law Degree you may be a fit for
an internship in our Intellectual Property department. Tarrytown,

Descriptions: This position is in the Intellectual Property (IP)
group of the Law Department in Tarrytown, NY. This student will
support the work of the Therapeutics IP group, which handles patent
strategy and other IP-related matters for Regeneron's approved
products and molecules in our clinical pipeline. They will work
with a patent attorney on day-to-day matters such as patent
application drafting and prosecution, as well as take ownership of
a project mapping out guidelines for the review of clinical trial,
regulatory, and scientific documents in view of our global patent
strategy. Necessary Technical Skills Pursuing a JD degree
Undergraduate and/or advanced degree in a STEM major preferred
Strong legal and analytical skills as well as solid biotechnology
background Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, various search
engines Excellent communication skills Experience or coursework in
patent law a plus In this role, a typical summer or semester might

our intern pay ranges are determined by level of education (year in
school) and degree program. The hourly rate range for Tarrytown,
NY, Sleepy Hollow, NY, Armonk, NY, and Basking Ridge, NJ includes:
$17.90-$50.90 per hour. To be considered for this opportunity, you
must be enrolled in, or accepted to, an academic program pursuing a
Law degree (and be returning to school the semester following the
internship). A cumulative GPA of 3.0 is preferred. We want someone
who is able to commit to 40 hours per week for a minimum of 10
weeks from the end of May/ June through the beginning of August.
