the full commercial lifecycle of our most valuable assets from high
stakes renewals to aggressive upselling and cross-selling across

Hybrid : This isn't a "check in" role. You carry a formal expansion
and retention quota, managing the full commercial negotiation from
proposal to close. The AI Upsell Path: You’ll be the first to bring
our new Store Manager Copilot and Predictive Analytics to icons
like Lacoste, MattressFirm, and Vans, creating immediate, high
value expansion opportunities. Strategic Wealth: We offer a
competitive base commission structure, including a unique 401k
contribution we invest in your future even if you don’t contribute
a cent. What You’ll Achieve Crush Expansion Targets: Proactively
identify, navigate and close upsell and cross sell opportunities
within your portfolio to hit quarterly revenue goals. Master the
Commercial Renewal: Own the end to end negotiation for multi year
renewals, ensuring zero churn while maximizing contract value.
Strategic ROI Mapping : Use our ROI methodology to build rock solid
business cases that justify budget expansion at the C suite level.
QBRs: Lead high stakes reviews with executive sponsors to prove
value and "earn the right" to the next big upsell. Pipeline
Management: Maintain a rigorous, forecasted pipeline of expansion
opportunities, reporting directly on your path to quota. Who You
Are The Commercial Closer: 2-4 years of experience in a quota
carrying Account Management role. You are a "Hunter in a Farmer’s
territory." The Negotiator: You have a track record of achieving
quarterly sales targets and aren't afraid to navigate complex
pricing and contract discussions. Data Driven Seller: You love
using data to find the "money on the table." You understand that a
happy customer is great, but an expanding customer is the goal
Bilingual Advantage : Fluency in English is required; European
languages (French, Spanish, or German) are a major bonus for our

| $179,900 OTE The base salary range for this role is $128,500 per
year, with an expected OTE of $179,900. This represents our good
faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this position at the
time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on experience,
