A company is looking for a Consultative Inside Sales Rep position.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide consultative solutions to customers and close business
Engage with warm inbound leads and follow up with outbound customer calls
Recommend HVAC products tailored to individual customer needs

Required Qualifications:

Prior successful phone sales experience
Experience navigating computers and CRM systems
Aptitude for grasping and explaining technical concepts
Competitive spirit and ability to overcome objections creatively
Strong accountability and discipline to maintain high standards
