  • Extensive customer interaction with key influencers to drive growth, loyalty and competitive displacement.
  • Strong account management skills and ability to become a trusted advisor to customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales forecasts and effectively manage the sales cycle.
  • Responsible for execution and management of the Wholesale Incentive Program (WIP) to include Market Development Fund usage, Stock Re-Balancing and Growth Rebates for assigned accounts.
  • Influence, manage and drive accountability of people without having direct authority over them.
  • Effectively articulate the ASSA ABLOY value proposition and sell the complete product solutions portfolio.
  • Development of strategic account plans and the implementation of tactical field action plans.
  • Inject ASSA ABLOY product solutions into key vertical markets of Education, Healthcare, Government, Fortune 500 & Multi-Family.
  • Provide market intelligence and Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback. What you will be doingYou will be responsible for accelerating sales growth by capturing more of the wholesaler---s overall business, driving discretionary sales growth and gaining a stronger inventory position.-- This position reports to the Vice President of Aftermarket & Wholesale within the ASSA ABLOY ---Door Security Solutions--- (DSS) sales organization and has dotted line accountability to the DSS Regional Vice President of Sales to provide guidance and oversight.What we are looking forYou have a strong background of collaboration, customer focus, driving performance and adapting to change.-- You are a self-motivated, well-organized individual with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. --You have knowledge and experience with wholesale distribution partners serving the aftermarket, industrial supply / MRO, contract hardware, locksmith and electronic access control (EAC) segments.-- You are known for your professional follow-up habits - driven to satisfy the client's needs to deliver at and above expectations using strong communication, selling, listening, negotiation and time management skills.-- College/University degree (preferred) with affiliations and interaction with key industry associations (SHDA, ASIS, DHI, ALOA etc).-- You are able to develop and present compelling presentations and have proficiency using the MS Office suite, CRM (Salesforce.com) and related productivity tools.-- You will be available for overnight travel (50% or greater as necessary) and able to effectively perform your responsibilities in a home office environment. --You must have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. of sample and display material for in-person sales presentations.Position includes a base salary, annual bonus program and company car.ASSA ABLOY is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Minorities/Females/Disabled/Veteran.#LI-Remote
