DescriptionThe Superintendent is responsible for:

• Leading site/civil/utility projects ranging from $1M - $50M throughout RI & MA
• Crafting detailed work plans, schedules, resource allocations, and progress reports, including the development and implementation of comprehensive project schedules to meet deadlines
• Implementing work procedures, interpreting specifications, and orchestrating construction phases to forestall delays and address client needs
• Vigilantly overseeing field operations to enforce safety regulations, company protocols, and construction codes, fostering a safety-centric environmentProfileThe right Superintendent has the following qualifications:
  • 3+ years experience
  • Experience supervising site/civil/utility projects
  • OSHA 30
  • Familiarity with Trimble Earthworks and Trimble Siteworks
  • Expires using Trimble GPS System
  • Knowledge of Earthworks programs in equipmentJob OfferThe Superintendent will receive:
