supervision of the Manager, OccHealth Informatics, Occupational
Medicine and Wellness Services. This position assists in improving
patient care and operations by using clinical, financial and
operational data to understand better the processes and outcomes
associated with activity of the system-wide YNHH Occupational
Medicine and Wellness Services (OMWS). Functions as a Super User
for the Occupational Health Management System. This position
requires a blend of analytical, creative and technical skills, with
a strong database background, and proficiency in Excel and other
Microsoft Office applications, as well as Advanced Adobe Creative
or Adobe Professional software. Must have excellent organizational

Responsibilities
- 1.Analyze financial and clinical data and produce reports for
the OMWS Executive Team, Finance Department and Senior Management.
Reports that monitor business processes. Financial and volume
reports. Quality improvement/performance reports. Clinician
productivity reports. Sales and service activity reports. External
company outcome reports as needed. Specific reports designed to
meet the needs identified by the OMWS Leadership team and/or
external companies.
- 1.1Database Administration: Responsible for the quality and
integrity of data maintained in the Occupational Health Management
System as it relates to external companies and patients as well as
YNHHS employees. Functions in the capacity of Super User to provide
end-user support for OMWS staff.
- 2.Analyze financial and clinical data and produce reports for
the OMWS Executive Team, Finance Department and Senior
Management.
- 3.Create and design interactive electronic forms used with the
Occupational Health Management System, department newsletters,
presentations, training manuals, and other publications as
needed.
- 4.Performs other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operation
of the department. Support and/or develop special projects for OMWS
and other departments as needed. QualificationsEDUCATION Bachelor's
degree in computer science or equivalent relevant experience.
EXPERIENCE Minimum three (3) years working experience with
relational databases including data integrity management, utilizing
functions, creating and modifying queries, and software
applications that drive the business operation and outcomes.
Experience with Occhealth Practice Management software preferred.
SPECIAL SKILLS Proficiency with software analysis tools such as
Microsoft Excel, Access, Visio and other Microsoft applications,
and Advanced Adobe Creative or Adobe Professional software
required. Knowledge of financial and clinical terminology
preferred. Must have excellent organizational, analytical and
customer service skills. Must demonstrate knowledge of work flow
process, project management, analytic techniques, and IT systems
management. Must be able to work with a team and individually. Must
be flexible in coping with shifting demands in day-to-day
activities, and demonstrate ability to multi-task with a high level
of prioritization combined with strong attention to detail. Must be
able to learn new skills/techniques quickly and integrate them into
highly polished deliverables. PHYSICAL DEMAND Must be capable of
problem solving in interdisciplinary groups and exercising some
independent judgment and discretion in the performance of duties.
Must work closely with Manager, OccHealth Informatics and
