You will join an excited and motivated team and be a pivotal member of the organizations growth. The Senior Business Analyst will collaborate with internal business analysts and the wider IT team to ensure the continued success of the in-house ERP system (SAP).Client DetailsThis client is in the utilities industry and has been in business for over 100 years. Description- Lead and/or be part of implementation projects, system upgrades, process improvement and optimization initiatives - Partner with the business to implement best practice approaches to business challenges - Gather requirements, perform fit/gap analysis, solution design, documentation, testing training and support of system requests - Assist in supporting day-to-day system operations - Implement new system processes - Work and coordinate with 3rd party partners ProfileThe successful candidate will have:- At least 3 years (preferably 5+ years) experience as a Business Analyst- ERP experience (SAP preferred but not essential)- Utilities experience is nice to have but not essentialJob OfferIncluded in the compensation package:
