The ideal candidate will have experience in Pool heating equipment and performing maintenance procedures as well as providing emergency repairs when necessary. -The Heating Service Technician responsibilities include talking with customers about their heating needs, performing maintenance and installations as needed and prioritizing calls based on business goals. -Ultimately, you will work with customers to ensure their Heating systems run smoothly at all times and perform necessary installations and repairs.Job Duties:1. Conduct all aspects of the job with a "Safety First" mindset and behaviors.2. Diagnose and repair swimming pool heaters & other gas appliances using gas and electrical schematic diagrams.3. Repairs gas burning equipment in a safe, timely manner by following established policies and procedures.4. Perform preventative maintenance on heating appliances and associated equipment, by following pre-established manufacturers' guidelines.5. Gathers tech support resources from the field, to aid in repairs, by communicating with vendors.6. Keep management informed through communication and status reports.7. Assist with gas line and product installations.8. Assist with developing future sales leads.9. Completed all paperwork associated with each work order. -Schedule
