This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June, and September with a dedicated "Learning Week" where you will:

ABOUT THE TEAM
The Payment Solutions Business Operations team is responsible for strategic planning, process execution, cross-team collaboration, communication, operational oversight, business intelligence, data and analytics and driving strategic initiatives across the Payment Solutions segment. We balance time between short term goals and thoughtful go-forward strategy for optimizing operations with the lines of business and the leveraged functions. We create and implement strategy to drive margin expansion via cost reduction, revenue increase or efficiency building within the division. This is an exciting opportunity to join the growing Payments business!
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Collecting customer requirements to help solution architects and consultants define our customers integrations
Analyzing our portfolio, project, and operational data to provide feedback on our platform strategy.

Create communications and deliverables for senior executives in the organization.

Manage processes related to our solution assurance pipeline.
Create metrics that help illustrate the productivity and improvement of the team and our processes overall.
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills

Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work well independently and within a team
ADDED BONUS IF YOU HAVE
Proficiency in Microsoft PPT and Excel

Bachelor's degree -in Management of Information Systems or equivalent

Experience in creating executive level reporting and communications
Working knowledge of general business financials
