Job Description:
Overview
Works closely with the Director, Logistics Planning to provide data
and statistics pertaining to the effectiveness and efficiencies of
various Logistics functions. Supports project work as
requested.
Responsibilities
* Oversees efficiency of operational processes. - Participates in
strategic planning and goal-setting for various business functions.
- Analyzes business requirements and customer needs. - Researches
methods to improve operations and reduce costs. - Monitors and
reports on department performance- Balances the needs of multiple
stakeholders; provides administrative oversight; and analytical
perspective on business projects, programs and new initiatives. -
Develops a deep awareness of operations and process in order to add
value, diagnose problems, research solutions and provide
perspective that lead to process improvement activities and
initiatives. - Generates monthly reports for management review. -
Provides other project support as needed. - Responsible for project
managing the standardization effort as whole, overseeing and
coordinating inputs of various project/local teams. - Leads,
coordinates and ensures completion of work of Business Operations
Process team members as it relates to a specific project. -
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as
needed. - Prepares reports, presentations, and other materials that
are provided to Executive Management; creates and/or supports
presentations. - Documents, analyzes, and assesses processes and
solutions. - Reviews, evaluates, and documents systems and related
functions utilized by the business unit to support engagement,
efficient administration and reporting/analytics. - Supports
systems initiatives, evaluating, documenting, and recommending
systems requirements and operational impacts.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
required, plus 7 years of related experience.

Workstyle Description
Hybrid - This position is full time and offers a hybrid work
schedule requiring you to be in the office two company designated
days a week and an option to work from home the remainder of the
week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in office
attendance on other days). Note that work schedules and office
reporting requirements may change from time to time based on
business needs.
