Job Requirements and Preferences: Basic Qualifications: Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma Minimum Years of Experience: 4 year(s) Preferred Qualifications: Degree Preferred: Bachelor Degree Preferred Fields of Study: English Literature, Journalism, Communications Studies/Speech Communication and Rhetoric, Marketing, Computer and Information Science, Engineering, Design, Public Relations Preferred Knowledge/Skills: We are looking for a proven storyteller who has a passion for communicating new ideas, concepts or changes to employees. This individual should demonstrate an extensive level abilities and knowledge with, and/or a proven record of success in the following areas: Communication and storytelling - * Developing a strategy, cadence and key messages that tie back to the PwC and Consulting Solutions strategy; * Possessing problem-solving skills - including offering solutions to achieve communication objectives; * Having the ability to use data to inform recommendations and measure impact / results of the program. This includes identifying objectives at the start and measuring success at the end; * Ensuring that we are sharing information in a clear, interesting and relevant way; * Taking an innovative approach through multiple mediums (e.g., visual, written) and using new technologies / platforms to deliver messages; * Demonstrating proven experience using technology and tools that enable communications and collaboration, such as Microsoft 365, Google platforms and tools; various project and content management systems; * Developing communications content and deliverables, including but not limited to webcasts, toolkits, messaging packs, websites, collaboration / community plans, leadership messages, infographics, etc. to the highest standards of quality and accuracy; and, * Writing with impact - able to turn technical specifics into a story or content that it easy to digest and understand "what's in it for me." Communicating change - * Identifying stakeholders and audiences for a change and the impact to each audience group; * Taking complex concepts and communicate them in a simple, clear, and meaningful way to the respective audiences; * Leading communication for a change program - including collaborating with team members to ensure we use the most effective channels, messages and methods; * Showing proven experience developing content and collateral that will support colleagues through a change, including but not limited to webcasts, toolkits, messaging packs, websites, etc.; and, * Managing multiple projects / priorities simultaneously, including how to establish priorities serving a diverse stakeholder group. Building relationships, collaboration, and commitment to continuous improvement - * Working with multiple stakeholders and stakeholder groups and understands how to prioritize work and projects to meet deadlines / expectations; * Building trusted relationships with a variety of stakeholders; * Sharing a point of view to team members and stakeholders that is audience-centric and grounded in communications industry-leading practices; * Preferring and desiring to collaborate, share knowledge and learn from colleagues and stakeholders - bringing best practices to team and implementing others' best practices; and, * Demonstrating commitment to continuous improvement through innovation, upskilling and finding opportunities to simplify.
