Job Description:

Our client is currently seeking a Sanitation Supervisor or Superintendent in New Hampshire.The job will have the following responsibilities:
Plan and direct the activities of sanitation personnel during 3rd shift
Assist in the daily evaluation of product quality to ensure compliance with established standards
Ensure proper training of sanitation personnel to follow work rules and procedures
Support compliance to plant quality and food safety systems, pest control, sanitation, environmental policy, corrective action policy, etc.
Evaluate job performance of sanitation personnel and take corrective action as needed
Ensures master sanitation schedules are maintained.
Conduct inspections and initiate corrective action as needed
Orders all cleaning chemicals and maintains adequate levels are cleaning inventory
Participate and lead continuous improvement efforts for the departmentQualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree is preferred but additional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
3+ years of quality or sanitation leadership experience in the food industry
Knowledge of food safety programs and systems: GFSI (BRC or SQF preferred), internal auditing, cGMPs, HACCP
CIP experience highly preferred
Microbiological and sanitation experience preferred
Open to 3rd shift
