Overview
Participates in the implementation of customer programs nationally.
Team member supporting customer projects and programs on a national
level. Supports the successful implementation of client
engagements, ensuring full compliance with contract terms.
Effectively support the department's success through collaboration,
innovation, and execution of directives from Senior Advisors.
Responsibilities
PRE-SALES SUPPORT- Work with Senior Advisor(s) on assigned RFPs,
shepherding process from Proposal to Program with focus on viable
solutions, operational feasibility and profitability.- Support
development of proposal strategy.- Assist relevant internal teams
on RFP questions to, validating provided data and eliciting
additional relevant information to create proposal.- Work with
Senior Advisor in developing alternative proposal response(s) as
appropriate.- Ensure operational feasibility and cost viability of
solution(s).- Ensure response is technically and operationally
accurate, viable and has reasonable opportunity for profit.PROGRAM
IMPLEMENTATION- Work with Senior Advisor, Contract Rep/AE to
customize MSA and SOW(s).- Review proposal commitments and engage
with Senior Advisor to ensure inclusion in SOW.- Work with assigned
PM to develop implementation plans work structure breakdown as well
as coordination 3rd party software providers and vendors.- Support
staff and execute assessments as needed; manage Proof of Concept
process as needed; ensure TCO or other financial modeling is
completed in a timely fashion.- Support relevant teams to plan and
execute implementation of contracted services.ACCOUNT REMEDIATION-
Work with Senior Advisor and Regional Operations to identify at
risk accounts.- Assist with gap analysis to ensure contract
performance is in line with current state.- Develop operational &
financial remediation plans as directed by Senior Practice Lead,
National Operations Advisory Group.- Assist Regional Operations
with profit improvement initiatives.- Champion implementation of
best practices and operational excellence programs.Will include
Account Management Responsibilities:- Ensure the accurate
generation of monthly client billing for assigned portfolio of
accounts.- Effectively manage the customer relationship for
assigned portfolio of accounts, in partnership with Sales.- Produce
monthly, quarterly, and annual customer reporting for assigned
portfolio of accounts, in alignment with contract SOW and customer
requirements.- Manage internal financial processes, including
forecasting account revenue, P&L management, asset management,
workflow management, and management of 3rd Party PO's and
associated vendor relationships, for assigned portfolio of
accounts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
required, plus 7 years of related experience.
- Travel up to 1-2 times per month (valid driver's license and
acceptable driving record necessary).

anticipated annual rate for this role, if filled in New York City:
$74,930 - 112,219
