The successful candidate for this position will be able to
effectively manage the workflow of the President, while also being
a strong communicator. The ideal Executive Assistant should have
expert organizational skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office and
have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge
of Multiple Listing System and or Real Estate License would be
helpful but not mandatory.Responsibilities: Research and follow-up
on information about companies for new clients. Ensure that the
President is always available to customers and receives daily
updates. Manage conference calls, meetings, and presentations.
Manage the schedule. Run reports and analyses Assist with special
projects or with technical tasks when needed. Assist the in
communications with other CEOs and clients. Put together
