Job Description:

Meet is partnered with a new biotech based in New Haven, CT. My client is aiming to develop new generations of effective and safe cell therapy for cancer patients and beyond. They are looking for scientists of all levels who are passionate about cell therapy to join their team! Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design and perform immune cell engineering experiments, such as but not limited to: culture of human primary cells (T, NK, iPSC etc), CAR construction and testing, therapeutic cell engineering
  • Design and perform in vitro assays, such as but not limited to: immune cell culture and cell line development, cell cytotoxicity assays, co-culture assays, ELISA/ELISPOT, flow cytometry and flow-based cell sorting
  • Design and perform in vivo techniques, such as adoptive cell transfer, induction of murine tumor models, mice injections/handling, tissue isolation, and measurement of phenotypic readoutsQualifications & Expertise
    • PhD in immunology, genetics, bioengineering, cell biology, or a related field with at least 2 years of relevant postdoctoral or industry experience
    • Strong capability of independently designing experiments and leading the execution of experiments.
    • Advanced knowledge and manipulation of immune cell-based assays, high-dimensional flow cytometry, flowbased cell sorting, and in vivo assessment.
