Client Service Associate (CSA) About the jobYour job, as one of the Client Service Associates is a critical one at Procyon Partners, a 40+ person growing wealth management firm. You will be a client-facing, primary point-of-contact for all service-related needs for your designated clients at the firm. You will support many administrative and client service aspects of the client's relationship with the firm. You will work under the direction of the lead client service associate and in close coordination with your assigned financial advisors and analyst colleagues. CSAs are incredibly thorough in their work, possessing strong time-management and problem-solving skills. -The ability to multi-task and adapt to rapidly changing priorities is important.The ideal candidate is detail and service oriented. You effectively communicate information to clients and colleagues alike and work well within a team construct. Key Tasks - - - -New account/client onboarding - - -Processing applications - - -Prepare portfolio reviews - - -Make regular proactive phone/email client contact - - -Ensure the firms Client Service Matrix is implemented for each client - - -Client ad hoc Assistance - Money movement - Security transfers - Account maintenance requests - Online access help - - -Document client information and conversations in Salesforce (CRM) - - -Function as a member of the CRM administration team - - -Partner with 3rd party technology and investment providers to maintain operations processes - - -Work with the Practice Manager on administrative, operations and office management tasks - - -Complete assigned collateral duties as assignedBasic requirements - - -Minimum Two years client service experience within the financial services industry. The bonus is comprised of both your individual target and a firm multiplier reflecting the overall firms' goals. We have shortened "summer hours" for the staff as well. The dress code is business casual with the occasional suit or equivalent needed for client meetings. Work Modality - The new hire will be based in the brand new Melville NY, office. We provide all employee with a laptop and permit working remotely two days a week, on Mondays and Fridays, and require staff to be in the office in-person Tuesday- Thursday. We currently have 36 employees comprised fairly equally of advisors, analysts, relationship managers and client service associates.
