This role is responsible for creating and implementing effective product marketing, product lifecycle management, marketing strategies, content development, market research and vertical marketing. This individual is highly energized with a forward thinking mindset and a curiosity for technology.This position is full time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office Monday and Wednesday and an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in office attendance on other days). Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs. Responsibilities- Develops and executes Product Business Case for new products and improvements to existing products- Gathers, manages, and prioritizes market/customer requirements and develop Product Requirement as input to CINC to acquire right products- Works with Marketing to develop Marketing Strategies including "Messaging" that will maximize the sales of the product- Coronates with the Marketing team to deliver the right messages, to the right customers, with the right media to create maximum demands of the product- Works closely with Marketing, Sales, and CSO to ensure the product business case and customer satisfaction goals are met- Has technical product knowledge expertise and acts as the product's specialist and central point of communication inside the company- Brief the sales teams in cooperation with the technical and Pro Reps team at Sales Meetings and other events- Possesses specialized knowledge or skills in a particular functional area- A fully qualified, seasoned professional with a full understanding of the job role who works on more complicated issues facing the department- Receives general instruction from manager on new assignments but little to no direction in day-to-day work- Typically reports to a Manager or Senior Manager, and may mentor or supervise one or two less experienced professional staff QualificationsPlease note: We comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, orders and mandates, including those we may be required to follow as a federal government contractor/subcontractor.- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 5 years of related experience- Degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred- Audio Visual (pan tilt zoom cameras) experience preferred- Must have computer network, or Software Experience- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word- Exceptional knowledge of Sales and Marketing processes- Excellent verbal and written skills required- Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision- Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary- The ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and manage multiple assignments simultaneously- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to present and demonstrate the capabilities of our solutions to both internal and external customers- Must have the ability to travel within the country on a regular basis- Some overnight travel required- Individual must possess a clean valid state driver's license in order to obtain the position- This position requires driving, therefore a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are necessary.
