  • The Accounts Receivable Specialist is in charge of handling accounts receivable for separate entities and vendors using ERP systems.
  • Post checks/electronic payments each week
  • Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed
  • Communicate with previous clients and customers to request payment and arrange payment plans
  • The Accounts Receivable Specialist will collect payment from customers and accurately record it into the system
  • Create reports and balance sheets that document overall profits and losses
  • Update client accounts based on payment or contact informationJob Requirements of the Accounts Recieveable Specialist:
    • Basic data entry skills
    • Excellent organization skills
    • The AR Specialist should have at least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable
