In a game-changing, hyper-growth environment, our ideal candidate is a confident, attentive, and enthusiastic individual who can assist us in addressing some of the most fundamental financial difficulties.Qualifications--- 1-3 years of accounts payable experience with atrack record of notable successes--- Ability to create relationships with both internaland external teams--- Advanced Excel abilities--- Excellent written and verbal communication skills---Ability to work as part of a team in a collaborativeatmosphere---Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance requiredResponsibilities--- Ensuring that all invoices are paid on time---Collecting and keeping appropriate W9 and directdeposit forms, contracts, and payment processing documentation---On a weekly basis, process paper checks and ACHdirect deposit payments--- Creating and maintaining a current list of vendors,as well as verifying that contracts supporting payments are current--- Assist customers with their accounts payablequestions---Assist with annual 1099 form review and generation---Assist in the collection of necessary documentationfor annual audits---Keeping track of manual check entries on a regularbasis--- Prior to the month end close, reconcile monthlyvendor statements to ensure correct expenditure recording and receipt of allinvoices--- Respond to internal and external enquiries aboutpaid or outstanding supplier invoices in a timely and professional manner--- Assist with the monthly closing process as needed;meet the deadlines for the month's end closeContact me today for more information or please emailresumes to Christopher.Mas@LHH.com
