Talent Acquisition Supervisor
Location: New Haven, CT or Philadelphia, PA
Salary: $85,000-$95,000 (DOE) + 10% Bonus (based on company performance)

Sponsorship not availableOur client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Supervisor to add to their team in New Haven, CT or Philadelphia, PA. You will be responsible for providing strategy and support within the regional market and/or focus area and overseeing a team of Specialists responsible for the day to day recruiting efforts, while spending about 20% of your time recruiting for your own requisitions. Our client is looking for someone with at least three years of hands-on recruiting experience who is not afraid to engage and talk to people, discussing a wide spectrum of varying skill sets, from light industrial to executive level roles. Ideal candidates will have experience with managing projects across multiple locations. To be successful in this role, you should be comfortable navigating difficult conversations and possess superior written and verbal communication skills. --- Oversee metrics and expectations of all engaged in the candidate experience
--- Develop talent strategies based on job function and market
--- Set and follow project plans to fulfill open need goals
--- Oversee the coaching, training, and guidance for team of specialists
--- Review division hiring practices - identify opportunities and propose solutions
--- Develop and support school and community networks within market
--- Identify and manage risk on tough to fill roles
--- Negotiate with vendor partners and engage agencies for external support
--- Provide training to hiring teams
--- Partner with internal teams to ensure clear, consistent, and engaging messagesTalent Acquisition Supervisor Qualifications--- 3+ years hands-on recruiting experience
--- Experience managing projects across multiple locations required
--- Ability to navigate difficult conversations required
--- Knowledge of Human Resources law specific to recruitment required
--- Strong technical skills with knowledge of digital job boards and platforms required
