The Assistant Facility Manager will assist the Home Delivery Facility Manager in managing the operations of one of our on-line grocery shopping distribution centersPrimary responsibilities:Manage the operations of one our E-Commerce/Home Delivery distribution centersHiring, training, and managing our staff of order selectors and commercial truck driversResponsible for maintaining superior levels of customer service through employee training and quality control systems Your goal is to deliver a superior on-line shopping experience for our customers.We are looking for:A candidate who wants to join the exciting and growing world of E-commerceA candidate that is passionate about developing and managing people and is looking for an outlet to implement your skillsSomeone confident in their ability to manage the operations of one of our on-line grocery shopping distribution centersSomeone who is extremely focused on people development, labor relations, workplace and fleet safety, inventory control, delivery vehicle fleet maintenance, sales and profit performance, payroll, and business efficienciesA candidate with the ability of managing crisis situations and multiple priorities and tasksA candidate with a strong focus on customer serviceEssential SkillsEducation and Experience High School graduate (Bachelors Degree preferred) 1-3 years of supermarket retail experience
