DescriptionJOB OVERVIEW:*Can be located anywhere in the continental U.S.* Responsible for leading a team of Customer Delivery Specialists towards achieving their engagement goals for their respective accounts through development and execution of sales strategies and solutions programs. Develops, implements and executes on account plans and solutions strategies that are necessary to achieve the sales and profit goals for the accounts. Responsible for contract management across the MS businesses estimated over $300M in revenues annually. Assists with the overall sales of the company and maintains companys gross profit initiatives. Reviews performance of the Customer Delivery. Oversees staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop execution and service programs. Interprets company policy to employees and enforces company policies and practices. Coordinates performance Objectives and Key Results, quotas, MBOs and goals. Participates in meetings with key customers executive management team to understand needs enabling our support of sound business recommendations which will result in service solutions. Provide guidance on the establishment and renewal of contractual agreements. Interacts closely with various internal management to discuss issues that have potential impact on improving sales. Oversees all data analysis aimed at segmenting Henry Scheins products, customers, and selling channels.KEYRESPONSIBILITIES:Customer Delivery Specialist (CDS) and related activities. Oversees staffing, training, and performance evaluations and develops and controls for contract management and service programs. Interprets company policy to employees and enforces company policy and practices. Develops and implements methods and procedures for monitoring work activities, such as preparation of records of expenditures, progress reports, etc. in order to inform senior management of current status and various sales activities. Submits reports of sales activity and maintains records. Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.Develops sales support strategies to bring a high level of customer satisfaction, contract compliance, strategies to increase categories serviced to current PVA customers, work across the internal Henry Schein teams to develop and execute customer specific plans as needed, implements and executes multiple business strategies. Promotes the company as a trusted advisor to our dental customers. Oversees the management of existing customers and new accounts generated by the dental sales team by monitoring sales, gross profit and works with the customer to market, ensure compliance, financial commitments and profitability.Work closely with business vendor partners and other manufacturers concerning SKU optimization opportunities and profit enhancement of existing teracts closely with various internal department management, including Merchandising, Purchasing, Inventory Control, Operations, Finance/Credit, Marketing and senior Sales Leadership. Meets and communicates effectively on a regular basis to discuss issues that have potential impact on improving sales, profits, order efficiencies and operating income.Prepares monthly sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, risks and opportunities. Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, market potential, price schedules, and contracts. Responsible for annual forecasts on anticipated market sales. Develops distribution and solutions programs to accommodate goals specified by the company. Responsible for data analysis aimed at segmenting Henry Scheins products, customers, and selling channels. Determines strategies, develops programs and tactics, and tracks program results.Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required. May include performing the duties of a Customer Delivery Manager for a select important key addition to the essential duties and responsibilities listed above, all positions are also responsible for:Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work-related tasks in a manner that follows all Company policies and procedures including WorldWide Business Standards.Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments.QualificationsMINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:Minimum 5+ years experience in an up-market medical sales, GPO or healthcare supply chain position or medical marketing environment in medical distribution or manufacturing. Experience working with executive level supply chain of IDNs, ASC, Urgent Care, Retail Health, Occupational Health, or corporately owned Medical Groups.PREFERRED EDUCATION:Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.Primary Location:USA-NY-MelvilleSDL2017
