OverviewThis Customer Service Representative will be focused on customer satisfaction and is a talented go-getter. We are looking for someone who is a clear communicator and a problem solver! We are looking for customer service candidates who can provide a high-level of product knowledge and professionalism via telephone, live chat, and email.Responsibilities High level of communication skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize Conflict resolution skills Strong email, chat, and phone skills Ability to think and act independently High level of organization and attention to details Proficiency and Microsoft Office Applications Must love to shop online! Experience with Customer Service Platforms (Salesforce, NetSuite, Desk, Olark, Kustomer, Drift, etc) a plus Must be a team playerQualificationsTo perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to execute each essential duty satisfactorily.
