Job Description:

The Standards and Policies Engineer is Responsible for the: gathering, documenting, deploying standards and policies for all equipment, and infrastructure (incl. utilities). For the gathering, documenting, deploying and ongoing change management of engineering policies and procedures across the Supply Chain global engineering organization. Will enable development of Technology Groupings governance. Will engage and leverage stakeholders across R&D, Supply Chain and external SMEs, ensuring global best practices form the foundation of all deliverables and are inclusive of holistic, end to end requirements (e.g. URS, Automation Playbook). Will ensure EHS, quality, regulatory, sustainability, IP realization, and digital / future state capability expectations are optimized for new initiatives and effectively redeployed for existing assets, policies, and procedures. Will be responsible for monitoring compliance to policies and procedures and engaging stakeholders to ensure corrective actions have been implemented and are effective.

Key Roles and Responsibilities -

* Enable the technical and standardization management of F&A Skin capital. Including, documenting, deploying of standards and policies (URS, Automation Playbook) * Enable the documentation, deployment and governance of standards and policies for F&A Skin capacity and infrastructure for standard technology groupings and new line development (e.g. Agile line) * Enable the documentation, deployment and ongoing change management of policies and procedures (incl. regulated drug) across the E2E Engineering organization * Enable the documentation, deployment of standards for all equipment, and infrastructure (incl. utilities) across the global engineering organization. * Ensure EHS, quality, regulatory, sustainability, IP realization, and digital / future state capability expectations are optimized for new initiatives and effectively redeployed for existing assets, policies, and procedures * Engage and leverage stakeholders across EL Supply Chain and external SMEs, ensuring global best practices form the foundation of all deliverables and are inclusive of holistic, end to end requirements. * Responsible for monitoring compliance to policies and procedures and engaging stakeholders to ensure corrective actions have been implemented and are effective. * Action feedback from the Engineering community, stakeholders, and SMEs to evolve and revise standards, policies, and procedures. * Maintain up to date repository of standards & policies. Assist in development of centralized global library for all standards, policies and procedures development of Corporate Standards. * Engage Community of Practices (COP) to enable systemic capability and standards networks for Building & Utilities Design; Engineering Project Management; and Automation and Robotics. * Continuous alignment with EL SC Training and Development Steering Committee to assist in training skills inventory and documentation. Assist to identify competencies and assess gaps and opportunities for upskilling. Provide expertise on the skill capabilities to support the core functional processes. Assist in identifying research, review learning content required to support core GSC processes and supply chain Initiatives. Assist in maintaining and depository of training documents and scripts learning content. Assist in the sign-off on the structure and content for the learning delivery mode (i.e. learning paths, certification curriculums, learning skills matrix. Engage with the Engineering Learning and Development Lead to develop training tools to support policy /procedure deployment and adoption.l

Qualifications

Preferred Degree: Mechanical Engineer / Industrial Engineer

Specs and Exp. - Experience in the manufacturing environment, Technical writing, Project Management, Computer Systems/ Programs.

KPIs - KPIs - Degree of standardization and adherence across E2E Engineering to policy/standards, , Development of # Standards/Policies governance system.

5 Years Minimum Experience

10% Travel
