Job Description:

Reports to: Director of Process Improvement Position Description: We are seeking an experienced Business Process professional to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a key role in developing, documenting, and improving upon current business processes and procedures across the organization. This position will work and collaborate with all levels of business process owners across the organization to ensure consistency at all levels.Roles and Responsibilities:* Analyze current business processes across the organization to determine overall need in order to improve overall organization performance* Establish project plans, define, and gather requirements from business process owners, and execute formal documentation process* Develop strategies that incorporate best practices and optimize time management* Strong focus on collaboration with internal stakeholders* Facilitate change management for business processes through best practice documentation and training of business units* Plan schedules and maintain deadlinesEducation and Experience Qualifications:* BS degree in a related field* 5+ years of experience in business process management* Knowledge of a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) a plus.* Strong knowledge of current trends and experience driving and effecting change * Strong interpersonal and communication--skills, both written and verbal.Skills and Personal Qualifications:* Ability to think and respond quickly with a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail * Must be solution-oriented with the ability to not only execute a process from start to finish but also be constantly thinking of ways to update and improve * Seasoned experience using Microsoft office products* Ability to take initiative to develop new strategies and outside-the-box ideas* Ability to think creatively and innovatively - often while juggling several projects at once* Ability to think both tactically and strategically, including high levels of self-direction* Ability to take direction and work collaboratively* Goal oriented and flexible * Excellent time-management skills* Excellent communication skills* Punctuality, reliability and integrity a mustSuccess Characteristics* Problem solver
