The senior manager for HCP engagements is responsible for the
planning, execution and alignment with marketing on all HCP
engagements. The position will be responsible for proactively
communicating and executing on marketing initiatives that involve
HCPs, including speaker programs, congresses, advisory boards,
speaker training programs, and any special live or virtual HCP
programs. The successful candidate serves as the primary point of
contact for all matters involving HCPs and HCP vendor
Responsible for working in alignment with marketing to plan and
execute on all engagements utilizing HCPs, both in person and
Act as subject matter expert and point of contact for all HCP
engagement activities and planning.
Develop the strategy and execution plan to establish an
industry-leading speaker bureau and drive annual nominations.
Oversee the development of HCP training materials and live as
well as virtual training programs in adherence with established
Ensure consistency and compliance with operation requirements
for all Speaker Bureau nominations and other HCP engagements
including, contracting, documentation, and records retention.
Manage all internal and external inquiries about speaker
contracting, compliance training status, and program content/topic
qualifications, and training needs.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to exchange ideas and
gain feedback on operational areas of improvement.
Assist with the preparation of metrics reporting and provide
insights on trends to Marketing & Sales on an ongoing and ad-hoc
Required Education, Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (in a relevant field)
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to work across multiple stakeholders
Clear communication skills, both verbal/presentation and

Member of cross functional medical/marketing team
