The ideal candidate will have strong personal injury and mass tort litigation experience at both the state and federal level. The successful candidate will also have the desire to take on responsibility quickly and grow as a leader in the role as well as have the capability of running a high volume docket of cases from start to trial. This is a rewarding opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Personal Injury Attorney. Responsibilities: Handle a caseload of personal injury matters from inception to resolution. Conduct thorough investigations, gather evidence, and assess the viability of potential claims. Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, explaining their rights and options. Prepare and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests. Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation or arbitration proceedings. Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings. Collaborate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends in the personal injury field. Qualifications: Must have an active Arizona Bar license in good standing and must have graduated from an accredited law school. Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation practicing personal injury law. Must have a strong knowledge of personal injury laws, regulations, and procedures. Must have excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Must have exceptional communication and negotiation abilities. Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. Must have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Must demonstrate dedication to client advocacy and achieving positive results.
