In this role you will provide expert legal advice on a variety of commercial transactions, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations while effectively managing risks. This role requires a deep understanding of commercial law, with a focus on Mergers and Acquisitions, Real Estate Transactions, and other corporate matters.
