Job Description Job Description Bankruptcy / Creditors Rights Litigation Attorney Bankruptcy / Creditors Rights Litigation Attorney Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Bankruptcy / Creditors Rights Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in bankruptcy law and creditors' rights, providing legal representation to clients in various litigation matters. This role is integral in helping clients navigate complex financial situations and representing their interests in court. Key Responsibilities - Represent clients in bankruptcy proceedings and creditors' rights litigation. - Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to resolve disputes effectively. - Advise clients on lender liability issues and potential claims. - Assist clients with debt restructuring processes to achieve favorable outcomes. - Conduct legal research and prepare documentation for court filings and motions. - Litigate cases in court, including trial preparation and representation. - Provide counsel on compliance with bankruptcy laws and regulations. Qualifications - Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. - Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. - 3 years of experience in bankruptcy and creditors' rights litigation. - Strong negotiation skills and experience in settlement discussions. - Proven track record of successfully litigating cases in bankruptcy court. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
