Salary Range: $124,000 - $158,000, commensurate with experience

Overview:
A respected and established law firm is seeking a highly motivated Corporate Finance Associate to join its dynamic team. This position offers a significant opportunity to work on complex and high-profile commercial finance transactions across a broad range of industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent both borrowers and lenders in middle-market commercial lending transactions.
Advise on secured transactions, including Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) issues.
Negotiate and draft documentation for term loans, acquisition financings, letters of credit, and equipment finance agreements.
Support cross-border lending transactions, including secured and unsecured credit facilities.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
2-6 years of experience in commercial finance transactions.
Strong academic credentials.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across practice groups.
Excellent written and verbal communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.
