Job Description:
Fidelity Investments, a globally recognized leader in financial
services, is seeking a Manager for Digital Assets Risk Operations
to join our innovative team in Boston, MA. This role is pivotal in
overseeing the risk management framework for our expanding array of
digital asset products and services. The Manager will play a
critical role in enhancing and enforcing strategies that manage
risks associated with cryptocurrency investments, blockchain
technology, and other digital financial instruments. The successful
candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure
compliance with relevant regulations and safeguard our client's
investments. Develop and implement risk management policies and
procedures for digital asset services. Analyze and report on market
risks associated with digital assets. Collaborate with IT security
to enhance cybersecurity measures for digital transactions. Advise
on current and emerging regulatory compliance requirements
affecting digital assets. Lead training and development sessions
for risk management team members on digital asset trends. Monitor
and manage responses to incidents affecting digital asset holdings
including fraud detection and mitigation strategies. Strong
understanding of financial regulations and digital currencies.
Expertise in quantitative risk assessment methods. Proficient in
the use of risk management software and tools. Ability to interpret
complex financial data. Strong leadership and team management
skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Certified Risk Manager (CRM) or equivalent
preferred. Certification in blockchain or FinTech is highly
desirable.
