Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Create offerings that leverage the profit validators gain, while creating offerings for searchers
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support blockchain best solutions
• Provide insight on best practices working with validators and traders in regards to ETH
• Work on special data analysis projects, as neededRequirements
  • At least 5 years of experience with designing, building, testing and implementing highly scalable and distributed backend systems
  • 3+ years experience in Blockchain in general
  • 2+ years experience in Blockchain MEV
  • Experience with ETH or BSC MEV, including mev-boost and PBS
  • Experience in trading
  • Expertise using Go language
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Creative, independent, can-do attitude, take ownership of overall responsibilities, and a great team player
  • Ability to read and modify blockchain core code (geth, bor, prysm, ...)The estimated base salary range is between $150,000 - $175,000. The listed range above is a guideline and may be modified.
