Position: Technical Recruiter (Entry-level) Type: On-site;
Full-time We are looking to hire an Entry-level Technical Recruiter
for a full-time position, on-site in Melville, New York . We are
seeking a motivated, self-starting individual whom we can train in
full-lifecycle technical recruitment. We will teach you everything
from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and
hiring great employees. A successful Recruiter will collaborate
with department managers on a regular basis and proactively
identify future hiring needs. You will learn how to attract
candidates using various sources, like social media networks and
employee referrals. Our ideal Recruiter possesses strong people
skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to synthesize
information quickly and efficiently. Ultimately, the responsibility
of the Recruiter is to ensure our company attracts, hires, and
retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent
pipeline.
