Cafe Spice is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be pivotal in attracting and hiring individuals who are passionate about delivering globally inspired, chef-driven meals. You will focus on identifying top talent who align with our ethos of authenticity and culinary excellence, particularly within the Indian cuisine sector. Utilizing innovative recruitment strategies and maintaining strong relationships, your work will support Cafe Spice in maintaining its reputation for high-quality, ready-to-eat dishes. Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition tactics tailored to specific roles within the food and beverage industry. Collaborate with department heads to clearly define position requirements and candidate profiles. Manage the entire recruitment process from the creation of job postings to the final hiring decision, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience. Utilize social media, job boards, and other digital platforms to source candidates, enhancing the company's visibility in the food & beverage talent market. Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and coordinate trial days and final evaluations. Lead onboarding processes to ensure new hires integrate effectively into their roles. Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs and operational growth. Facilitate and promote a positive employer brand by representing Cafe Spice at industry-related events, career fairs, and networking events. Proficiency in various HR software and applicant tracking systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to craft appealing and clear job postings Skilled in candidate sourcing and relationship building Knowledge of employment laws and practices Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred Certification in talent acquisition like the Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR) is a plus
