Job Description
We are looking for a deadline-focused recruiter to be responsible
for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of all critical positions
at Diamanti. The recruiter's responsibilities include all aspects
of hiring, from meeting with hiring managers to writing job
descriptions to offer job positions to the most suitable
candidates. You should be focused, hard-working, and able to meet
deadlines to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
To be a successful recruiter, you should have an excellent working
knowledge of technology, technical roles, technical skills, and
understanding of the recruitment process.
Recruiter Responsibilities:
Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings
and the technical requirements for those jobs.
Source, recruit and hire top talent for our global Sales team.
Inside, field, Pre-sales, customer success Manage the end-to-end
recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance
Partner with hiring managers on hiring needs and priorities to
implement best-in-class talent acquisition strategies.
Execute targeted outbound Recruiting campaigns executed in
salesforce perform daily outreach via emails, calls, socials to
engage candidates and schedule candidate meetings.
Achieve your sourcing goals on time and quality
Screen candidates and facilitate debrief sessions to identify the
best talent for each role
Monitor the effectiveness of all recruiting efforts leveraging data
analysis and dashboard reporting, with specific attention paid to
the continued flow of candidates through the recruiting
pipeline
Utilize broader trends and data in the business and industry to
continuously improve the company's brand from a hiring perspective,
scale recruiting processes and systems, and contribute to the
broader talent acquisition strategic planning process
Executive all onboarding and coordinate training of candidates
Manager general HR duties for employees and write job descriptions
and post to relevant media platforms.
Forecasting recruitment budgets.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and
objectives.
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job
boards/Social Platforms.
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media,
etc
Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection
tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills,
experience, and aptitudes.
Onboard new employees to become fully integrated.
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the
rest of the team
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate
relationships during the selection process.
Promote the company's reputation as the "best place to work."
Recruiter Requirements:
5+ years of complete life cycle recruiting experience.
Experience working with Sales Leaders.
Experience with Salesforce and expert on linked inn recruiter or
navigator
Experience with candidates in the SaaS/Cloud industry is a plus
Proven organizational skills and attention to detail ---Proven work
experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a
staffing agency recruiter)
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured,
competency-based, stress, etc.)
Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone
interviewing, reference check, etc.)
Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities,
work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc.)
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS),
and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human
Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management
Systems (HRMS)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decision-making skills
A Bachelor of Science or human resources degree.
A good understanding of technology and technical skills.
Experience in recruitment processes and platforms.
Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
