Human Resources Manager (Bilingual Spanish) Experience in a manufacturing environment !! COMPENSATION Competitive Salary Responsibilities:

• Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications.
• Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.
• Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
• Accurately maintain employee files
• Leads the development of department goals, objectives, and systems
• Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances
• Establishes departmental measurements that support the accomplishment of the company's strategic goals Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management
  • 5+ years of working experience in Human Resource Management in a manufacturing environment (Pharma or Food - Preferred)
  • Labor law knowledge skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, such as PeopleSoft , ADP, SAP HR or Ceridian
  • HRIS software
  • Ensure relevant local policies are designed and managed in line with national policies and legislation
  • Collaborate with plant leadership members in identifying the people and organizational implications and coming up with appropriate solutions to address business needs and root causes of the problems
  • In depth understanding of organizational development, compensation, staffing, training, performance management, and employee & labor relations functions
