Corporate Human Resources division is currently seeking a dynamic
HR Systems Analyst (Talent Systems Specialist). This is a fantastic
growth opportunity to use your proficiency with systems to support
the Talent Acquisition teams' enterprise applicant tracking system
(ATS) and its integrations.This position is full time and offers a
hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office Mondays and
Wednesday and an option to work from home the remainder of the week
(unless a specific business need arises requiring in office
attendance on other days). Note that work schedules and office
reporting requirements may change from time to time based on
business needs. ResponsibilitiesResponsible for system
administration for Talent systems (configuration, security
management, set-up, changes and testing).- Acts as second level
support for multiple Talent Acquisition teams for Canon USA and
subsidiaries.- Works with colleagues to gather data requirements
and build accurate reports, metrics, formulas, conditional rules,
and configurations while taking all subsidiaries requirements in
consideration. - Maintains Talent Systems project list and develops
detailed project plans.- Documents processes, interfaces, data
dictionaries and workflows. - Conducts security and regular system
maintenance to optimize user experience. - Assists with
development, maintenance and management of ATS integrations (e.g.
HCM, background vendors, CRM (customer relationship management),
job boards etc.)- Works closely with enterprise users, vendors and
IT counterparts to identify areas of improvement. - Protects system
resources and identifies data security concerns during the course
of report design, testing and scheduling of reports.- Creates
various queries in MS Access, iCIMS (applicant tracking system),
Power BI, or other tools for compliance and regulatory reports and
ad-hoc report requests. QualificationsPlease note: We comply with

and mandates, including those we may be required to follow as a
federal government contractor/subcontractor.- Bachelor's degree in
a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 3 to 5
years of related experience.- Proficient with Excel.- Applicant
tracking system (ATS) or vendor management system experience
preferred.- Experience with UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and/or QA
(Quality Assurance) testing ideal.The Company will not pursue or
