Key Responsibilities Knowledge To attend and complete all compulsory training sessions within the allocated time To create delicious food according to the Beatnic standards in an efficient and safe environment To always follow the production sheets as per the store training manual and reference table provided To maintain the equipment and machinery to Beatnic standards To view the store from guest perspective and clean as you go To ensure sufficient stock of all food, drinks, packaging and utensils at all times Service To provide speedy, efficient, professional and knowledgeable level of service at all times. Personality is KEY! To ensure stock rotation and follow ‘FIFO’ To be hands on and present at all times during service To serve guests efficiently, politely and always with purpose.
