Retail Bank Teller/Client Services Rep. (sign on bonus)Our client, an established bank, is looking for an Banking Associate/Client Services Representative to support their East Hampton, Long Island branch. This position delivers service and sales support to the company by securing new clients, offering viable Bank solutions that add value to the customer, performing branch-specific functions and providing account maintenance transactions. This worker opens new accounts and may process monetary transactions, resolve customer issues, and build relationships based on mutual understanding. Upon 6-month tenure in this role- there is $2k sign-on bonus awarded. If interested, do not hesitate, apply today to be considered for this position!Location: East Hampton, NYPay: $20.00/hr.- $28.00/hr.ResponsibilitiesConsistently executes appropriate behaviors to deliver an exceptional customer experience on-site.Conducts needs-based conversations and offers financial solutions to meet the customers' needs.Establishes, retains, and deepens relationships with potential and existing customers to achieve team sales goals.Recognizes sales opportunities, offers suitable bank products, and services that add value to new and existing customers.Processes transactions and maintain internal systems accurately.Communicates the rules and regulations to customers including information pertaining the opening of new accounts.Complies with regulatory, security and audit procedures and policies.Ensures that records are accurate; maintains records of incomplete, incorrect, or outstanding customer files in order to ensure proper follow-up.Assists with the preparation and completion of reports.Ensures the customer area of branch is kept orderly and properly supplied (deposit and withdrawal tickets, ATM envelopes, changing the rate boards, dates on writing desks, etc.)Displays willingness to be cross trained in other branch functions.Works weekend and extended hours- Saturdays (once a month) and late on Thursdays.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required.At least a year of banking, financial, or insurance industry experience; retail bank customer service or prior Teller experience preferred.Prior experience in fostering and developing strong customer relationships.Possesses a general understanding of bank operations (risk, compliance, fraud, loss, etc.).Exceptional Customer Service skillsCash handling experience preferred.Exhibits excellent listening, communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.Demonstrates organizational and accuracy skills.Ability to meet or exceed performance objectives.Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members.Displays sound judgment and discretion when utilizing confidential information.Must have strong computer skills and an ability to adapt to evolving technology advancements.Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
