In this entry level role, The representative will be responsible for engaging with customers about AT&T products and services that best fit their needs. The promotional retail representative will be trained on the best practices to professionally market and promote services to increase brand awareness. The ideal individual will be outgoing and eager to learn and grow in the marketing industry.

Qualifications for Promotional Retail Representative:
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Receptive/adaptable/flexible when it comes to change
Ability to work well within a team environment
Student Mentality
Leadership skills (not required, but definitely helpful!)

Responsibilities of Promotional Retail Representative:
Professionally representing and promoting our clients to increase brand awareness
Attend regular client training and developmental meetings
Building relationships with customers and communicating promotional services
Assist with the launch of new campaigns and products as needed
Drive sales while maintaining a high level of customer service to maintain customer retention
Developing skills in training, coaching, & leadership (hands-on training)
Utilize strong leadership skills to build a high performance, team environment
