Primary Care physician opportunity in Connecticut offering strong guaranteed compensation, uncapped bonuses, and a flexible 4-day work week option. Base salary range of $250K - $275K based on experience. Loan repayment support: 5 years at $15,000 per year. Uncapped wRVU bonus potential. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance provided. Join a collaborative team of 2 Primary Care physicians and 2 experienced APPs, with plans to add an additional physician. Embedded, on-site multidisciplinary services including LCSW (behavioral health), Physical Therapy, PharmD support, On-site lab and radiology. Specialty support: Urology, Oncology, Colorectal, GI, and Wound Care. Located in Bristol, CT, a welcoming suburban community with a strong sense of community.
