LocumJobsOnline is working with Barton Associates to find a
qualified Optometry MD in New York! We are seeking a skilled
Optometrist for a 135-day assignment in New York, starting May 4,
2026. This full-time role, with shifts from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST,
involves acting as the main provider at a leading laser vision
correction center. The Optometrist will be proficient in all
pre-operative and post-operative LASEK procedures, along with
handling various other laser correction services. Responsibilities
and Duties Serve as the primary and sole provider within the
practice. Perform pre-operative and post-operative LASEK procedures
with high proficiency. Handle a wide range of laser vision
correction services. Provide expertise in Pneumo-LASEK, LASEK
enhancements, PRK, SMILE, ICL, Presbyopia, dry eyes, Nystagmus, and
Amblyopia. Additional Information Candidates must have undergone a
LASEK procedure or be willing to receive one to align with the
practice branding. Extensive experience with pre-operative and
post-operative laser correction surgery is required. Benefits
