This role is pivotal in facilitating patient access to qualified mental health professionals and ensuring a supportive environment for mental health care. Assist mental health practitioners during patient appointments. Ensure proper documentation of patient sessions and care plans. Support patients in understanding and managing their appointments and care schedules. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective patient care strategies. Maintain confidentiality and security of all patient information according to compliance and regulations. Participate in training and development sessions to enhance service delivery. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Capability to handle sensitive information discreetly and ethically. Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Medical Insurance Life Insurance Current Licensed Mental Health Technician (LMHT) certification.
