Job Description:

work. Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Experience: • 12 months of role
experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have
at least 24 months of Medical Surgical Oncology experience. • 12
months of travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of
months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Connecticut license
or compact license (required after submission). • This role will
require floating to multiple units • Travel only, local not
allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be
submitted. • Flu vaccination required for submission. Declinations
not accepted. • 24 months gap required between for Staff at
Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Yale and no current placement
allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Yale. Pre-employment
modules may be required for this role. Please upload any
certifications or health documents you have to your profile to
expedite your on-boarding process. Additional Details: You must be
able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. Required
Skills/Experience: Inpatient oncology, IV Therapy/ Infusions, Care
and management of ports, Central line blood draw,
Accessing/Managing Ports, Pain Management, PCA pump management,
Oncology exp Preferred Skills/Experience: Telemetry monitoring,
Telemetry oncology exp, prefer experience with sickle cell patients
Special Requests: If traveler has any vacation plans during the
period between sign date and start date, this must be communicated
to the AM at the time of submission to ensure a realistic start
date may be requested. Shift & Scheduling: Weekend REQ: Every other
7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 05/25/2026, 07/04/2026,
09/07/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027, 01/18/2027. Number
of holidays allowed off: 1 2 references from last 2 years (Any
reference type) - 1 required for submission Proof of identification
