This position offers a 100% outpatient focus with no call responsibilities, serving adult and geriatric patients. This opportunity provides substantial career growth within the largest provider of primary care services in Fairfield County. Group-employed position Minimum of 2 years experience Now accepting J1 candidates Bilingual in Spanish a Plus Deliver high-quality primary care to adult and geriatric patients in a fully outpatient setting. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care. Maintain clear, thorough documentation and uphold all regulatory standards. No new graduates at this time. Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. Outpatient only — Monday through Friday schedule Average 18 patients per day EPIC EMR (very important) Comprehensive support team including community health workers, nutritionists, and care navigators Strong onboarding and ramp-up period Spanish proficiency a plus Competitive compensation with sign-on and retention bonus Start Date: ASAP Location: Bridgeport, Connecticut Requirements No graduates, ASAP start date MD preferred, with completion of a residency in Internal Medicine from an accredited institution.
