Job Description Job Description Sunrise Manor Center for Nursing and Rehab is currently recruiting for an IN-HOUSE PRN Physical Therapist for their skilled nursing facility located in Bay Shore, NY. Ideal candidates will have experience working in a skilled nursing environment. Sunrise Manor is an intimate 84-bed Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation.
