You’ll work alongside a dedicated team of clinical staff and supportive supervisors, while you grow your career. /n /n /n Family Centered Clinician *$6000 Special bonus* Salary ranges from $68,000 to $75,000 per year /n /n Provide In-Home Family Therapy to Children, Youth and their families within their given catchment area, ensuring compliance with the In-Home Therapy Performance Specifications. Ensure proper Hub responsibilities when warranted, contributing to the on-going training and oversight of the Therapeutic Training and Support staff and Therapeutic Mentors (TT&S/TMs) linked with his/her caseload. /n ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: /n ? Provide In-Home Family Therapy to identified youth and families within given catchment area /n ? Participate in Care Planning Teams for identified youth and families /n ? Provide outreach counseling to youth /n ? Consult with outside agencies, referral sources, and other professionals as necessary /n ? Attend weekly supervision, and staff meetings and consultations as required /n ? Follow the Medical Necessity Criteria, Performance Specifications, and Service Definitions for In-Home Family Therapy /n ? Assist with developing and providing clinical supervision training programs TT&S/TMs. /n ? Submit documentation and ensure meets the Performance Specifications set forth by the state and is submitted timely /n ? Outreach to community providers to develop and foster solid working relationships and awareness of CBHI services /n ? Participate in Systems of Care meetings and other CBHI-related meetings (as assigned) /n ? Respond to client emergencies as needed /n ? Other duties as required /n /n - Adhere to provisions of M.G.L Chapter 119, Section 51A (Mandated Reporter); report all occurrences immediately to the clinic.
