We also offer one of the strongest compensation models in the region: All partners earn within the top 5% of cardiologists in northern NJ Most partners earn within the top 1% No buy-in required for partnership Practice Overview Advanced Cardiology provides comprehensive cardiovascular care, including: • Nuclear cardiology Echocardiography Vascular medicine Electrophysiology Full-spectrum clinical cardiology Interventional cardiology (diagnostic and interventional procedures) Structural heart procedures available if desired, but not required We maintain strong hospital affiliations with Morristown Medical Center, Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center, Hackettstown Medical Center, Newton Medical Center, St. Clare’s Hospital – Denville, and St. Clare’s Hospital – Dover. Position Description: Interventional Cardiologist The ideal candidate will possess: Exceptional technical skills in diagnostic and interventional cardiology Interest in structural heart procedures welcome but not mandatory Strong work ethic and enthusiasm for private practice Excellent clinical judgment and interpersonal skills Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care Responsibilities Performing diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures Structural heart procedures available if desired Inpatient and outpatient cardiology Participation in the call schedule Reading echocardiograms and nuclear studies (if applicable) Becoming boarded in Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology The selected candidate will enter a clear, structured employment track with annual salary increases and partnership consideration after the third year (or sooner based on performance). No buy-in required.
